If you're not feeling it, you can send your items back to us and we'll cover the return shipping cost so you're not out of pocket.

Return Limits

You can return one carton per product. If your carton is delivered in two boxes you can send one back, keeping one pack of product at most.

30 Day Policy

You just need to let us know within 30 days of receiving your Invizi order if you want to make a return. Our friendly customer support team can take it from there.

Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we receive your product back at our warehouse. Must be less than one pack of product used for disposable aids.

If you find the fit isn't perfect for our washable incontinence underwear, we'll refund you with no need to send the product back if you've already tried them on. For any unopened, sealed packs of washable underwear, we'll offer a full refund upon return.
