Sizing

• Small: For waists 50 to 90cm, usually the best choice for 50 to 85cm
• Medium: For waists 80 to 125cm, usually the best choice for 85 to 120cm
• Large: For waists 115 to 155cm, usually the best choice for 120 to 145cm
• X-Large: For waists 120 to 170cm, usually the best choice for 145 to 170cm

Capacity

• Small: 1800mL maximum
• Medium: 2000mL maximum
• Large: 2350mL maximum
• X-Large: 3200mL maximum

Maximum capacity is the absorbency identified in laboratory testing under ISO Standards. The working capacity that you will achieve will depend on gender, velocity of flow, posture and position. In real-world usage, you should achieve between 40% to 65% of maximum capacity before any leakage may occur.
