Sizing

• X-Small: For waists 40 to 60cm, usually the best choice for 40 to 60cm
• Small: For waists 60 to 90cm, usually the best choice for 65 to 85cm
• Medium: For waists 80 to 120cm, usually the best choice for 85 to 110cm
• Large: For waists 115 to 145cm, usually the best choice for 110 to 140cm
• X-Large: For waists 130 to 170cm, usually the best choice for 140 to 170cm

Capacity

• Maximum absorbencies range from 1375mL-1383mL depending on size
• Extra-Small: 1383mL
  
• Small, Medium, Large and Extra-Large: 1375mL
  

Maximum capacity is the absorbency identified in laboratory testing under ISO Standards. The working capacity that you will achieve will depend on gender, velocity of flow, posture and position. In real-world usage, you should achieve between 40% to 65% of maximum capacity before any leakage may occur.
