European-made, dermatologically tested, the Dailee comfort pads offer a greater level of coverage for urinary and faecal incontinence. The large-sized pad is anatomically designed and offers a wider back to manage faecal loss without an extra wide gusset. With Drylock technology for advanced urine absorption, Dailee Comfort pads also have anti-odour control to lock in odours. In addition, the Dailee Comfort pads have adhesive tabs to keep the pad in place and leak guards to aid in directing the flow of urine into the core of the pad, keeping you dry and comfortable.

The Pad + Pant System

These pads are designed for use inside Dailee Fix Pants. The pad does the continence management and the pants hold them in place. The ability to reuse the pants and swap out only the pad makes this system more cost-effective than slips.

Great size, but doesn't stick
I love the size of these pads, but the lack of proper adhesion makes them suck. There is just an inch square three or 4 inches from the front and back of the pad. The first time I go to the loo and pull my pants down the pad has released itself and flops down. The other thing is and I find this with all pads I have tried is the glue is not at the edge of the pad and just gets pulled off the pad as you remove your knickers. The only way I have found that helps a little is by sewing them into my knickers with a tacking thread which is a pain to have to do and then having to remove when needing to discard.

The Comfort pads come in one large size that provides greater coverage for any moderate to heavy incontinence. The Fix pants come in a range of sizes, and we have a size chart on their product pages to help you find which one is right for you.

Since the pants are super stretchy in order to fit all bodies and there’s some overlap in measurements, we recommend you err on the side of smaller to be sure that the pants can hold the pad securely in place.

Just like with any of our wearables, we recommend changing the pad as soon as it’s wet. This helps keep your skin happy and healthy.

While the pads are single-use disposables, you can reuse the pants throughout a single day.

The number of changes that the Fix Pants can last for depends on your level of activity and need - just keep in mind that elastic does stretch, so reusing one pair of Fix Pants across a number of days isn’t recommended.
