Sizing

Medium: For waists 80 to 120cm, recommended for 80 to 110cm
Large: For waists 110 to 140cm, recommended for 110 to 140cm

Capacity

Both sizes have the same 1700mL maximum capacity

Maximum capacity is the absorbency identified in laboratory testing under ISO Standards. The working capacity that you will achieve will depend on gender, velocity of flow, posture and position. In real-world usage you should achieve between 40% to 65% of maximum capacity before any leakage may occur.

Orientation

On the inside of the pants is a small rectangular strip. This marks the back of the pants. Placing that strip on the outside of the pants would interfere with the clean solid look of the pants.
