Medium: For waists 75 to 120cm, usually best for 85 to 110cm
Large: For waists 90 to 140cm, usually best for 110 to 135cm

Maximum capacity is the absorbency identified in laboratory testing under ISO Standards. The working capacity that you will achieve will depend on gender, velocity of flow, posture and position. In real-world usage, you should achieve between 40% and 65% of maximum capacity before any leakage may occur.
