Before first use – Wash in cold water to activate the absorbent fibres (for absorbent products only).
Wash – Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle in cold or warm water (below 30°C), using mild detergent only.
Dry – Tumble dry on low heat (below 30°C) or line dry in the shade.
Avoid – No bleach, fabric softeners, ironing, or dry cleaning.

Better than not
These mats do slip on all floor surfaces. They are easy to slip on, and, can buckle and create a trip hazard. But they do hold moisture well, which suits this periodically incontinent lady.

Hi Janet
Please can you advise which surfaces you have been using these mats on as we have tested on bathroom tile floors and the 'non-slip' functionality is really good - we couldn't make them bunch up or slip as they are stood on - even with quite a bit of water around.
There is a chance the one you purchased has a manufacturing fault and if this is the case we are more than happy to replace it for you?

If you're looking for a washable mat that covers a larger area, we do have other sizes available.

You can wash this protector mat in the washing machine for up to 300 washes, and it can be tumble-dried too. Just make sure it's on a low temperature setting if you're tumble drying.

This mat will last for up to 300 washes provided you follow the care instructions.

We do not recommend using an electric blanket with our range of waterproof bedding or protectors, as the waterproof layer can trap heat and pose a fire risk.
